Through Nestory Park Capital, he leads a full-service real estate development firm specializing in data center projects across the United States. The firm focuses on transforming underutilized properties into high-value assets through strategic corporate partnerships. David's industry leadership extends to his service on the World Affairs Council of Northern California board and founding membership in the Young Presidents' Organization.

Yvan brings over 25 years of executive leadership in large-scale construction project management. As a Stanford-educated civil engineer, he has overseen projects valued from $100M to $4B for leading U.S. general contractors. His expertise spans corporate campuses, logistics facilities, and data centers, with particular emphasis on complex MEP components. Yvan's technical background and strategic management approach consistently deliver efficient, high-value outcomes in challenging development environments.

Rob is a seasoned technology executive and investor with over 20 years of experience in founding, scaling, and managing high-growth companies.
As an angel investor and Co-Founder & General Partner at Place Capital, he has backed 30+ pre-seed to Series A tech companies and co-founded six institutional investor-backed ventures. His leadership roles include Global CEO of Technology at TGI Sports Worldwide (acquired by Quadrant Private Equity) and executive positions at Viacom/CBS and Conde Nast.

Jeff brings exceptional corporate leadership experience as former CEO of multiple public companies including Doxim, FTD, Eastman Kodak, and Travelport. His executive tenure includes roles as COO of CA Software, EVP of Hewlett Packard, and CFO of Compaq Computer. A San Francisco-based executive, Jeff has led successful public offerings, served on numerous public boards including Autodesk and Red Hat, and collaborated with leading private equity firms including Blackstone and Davidson Kempner.
Senior Advisor
Greg has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate since 1985, specializing in investment sales, leasing, and development. His expertise spans retail properties, industrial assets, and multifamily land sales throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. As an advisor to Nestory Park Capital, Greg focuses on nationwide property identification and acquisition strategies. His community leadership includes significant contributions to St. Mary's Center in Oakland, where he led property acquisition efforts for their Senior Center and childcare facility development.
