Nestory Park Capital is a newly established real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco, which will invest in the acquisition, development, and management of large-scale data centers in North America. 

NPC brings considerable sector and corporate experience to the role, with its key personnel possessing a unique combination of multi-disciplined skillsets across leading companies in the real estate, construction, and technology sectors. This is further complimented by their entrepreneurial backgrounds proving a successful track record in fund management, real estate acquisition/ development, and fortune 500 corporate turnarounds/IPOs.

Having gone through the acquisition process alongside a large-scale data center developer on Nestory Park’s first project, we know first-hand how to deal with the foundational elements that are critical building blocks for success.

In addition, we feel a major void in data center development is the value that can be extracted in the community surrounding the physical structures themselves. In partnership with hyperscaler/enterprise tenants, we propose to build extensions of their corporate philanthropic mandates and derive value through the creation of technical schools that aim to foster, educate, and support the next generation of engineering/development talent.
